COVID-19 & Our Business Continuity Plan

In light of the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we would like to share with you the measures we are taking to ensure service continuity.

To ensure there is no interruption to our service, we have invested in our technology & infrastructure to ensure that all our staff can all operate remotely.   

We have set in place the following protocols:

1. All trained staff has access to the main switchboard via our state of the art telephone system.
2. All company resources such as email, phone, webchat, enquiry & quoting systems, price lists pdfs, artwork archives, templates and other digital assets are available to all remote staff.
3. Our team is in continuous contact via email, phone and Skype.
4. We have secured supplier & courier alternatives in case our product and delivery sources are affected by the virus.

We are committed to maintaining our high standard of promotional drinks, sweets and confectionery and also the very best in customer services.
